Everything: airport transfers, 7 nights at VIBE House Spain (VIBE Italy and VIBE France planned soon), all breakfasts and dinners, local transport, cultural activities, daily laundry, heated pool access, VIBE jersey, swag bag, pro mechanic, support vehicle, 2–3 ride guides, daily bike clean and tune-up, rental bike option, and GPS navigation files for every ride.

Flights to/from Spain, travel insurance, personal spending, lunches on the road (typically €10–15/day at local cafes), and any personal bike upgrade fees.

VIBE Tours offer four fitness levels: L1 Mellow (15-30 miles/day), L2 Medium (25-45 mi/day), L3 Mighty (35-65 mi/day), and L4 Mega (40-70+ mi/day). E-Bikes available upon request. For more, see the VIBE Tours FAQ.

Yes. You can bring your own bike (bike bag transport assistance available) or rent one from VIBE. Rentals include a high-quality road bike fitted to your measurements. In 2027, rentals cost $200/person for the week.

The VIBE program is for cycling leaders with a community that will travel and ride with them: bike shop managers, coaches, cycling influencers, race team leaders, cycling club leaders, travel agents. You recruit guests; we handle everything else. You must be capable of recruiting 8 guests.

A small cohort of experienced cycling leaders who give product feedback in 2026 and lead a tour in 2027. In exchange for beta testing our app and providing timely feedback, Founding Partners permanently lock in "Founder Economics" for any trip they choose to lead in future — $1,200 per guest beyond 8, up to $12,000 per trip. No upfront fees and no obligation to lead.

Recruit 8 guests and your trip becomes official. We cover your trip costs (excluding airfare). Then earn $1,200 for each additional guest from guests 9–18, for a maximum payout of $12,000. Your earnings are paid after tour completion.

Don't lead a tour unless you are capable of filling 8 spots. Milestones: At 9 months pre-departure, if fewer than 5 guests have confirmed, we cancel your tour and refund all down payments. If 5-7 guests have confirmed, VIBE opens your tour to the public to help fill remaining spots. Your tour can still run — you just may not have your trip comped unless 8 of your guests confirm.

Complete a 5-step setup: choose your destination, tour type, fitness level, preferred week, and tour name. VIBE instantly generates a branded tour page at vibetours.co/tours/[your-tour-name] that you can share immediately.

Guests reserve a spot with a $100 fully refundable deposit. No credit card commitment beyond that deposit until the tour officially confirms. If the tour doesn't reach 8 guests by 9 months pre-departure, all deposits are refunded in full.

Guests who deposit by the early-bird deadline save $300 off the standard price ($4,900 → $4,600). The deadline varies by tour; your leader will communicate it when the tour page launches.

Full payment is due when the tour confirms at 8 guests, or 120 days pre-departure, whichever comes first. A payment plan may be available — contact VIBE directly for details.
